The automatic defrost control board was the issue with my Fridge. The control board was causing the condenser fan to not run thus not circulating the cold air throughout the fridge. Thank You.

Update: I took apart the cover at the back of my fridge to check the compressor. It was making a “click” noise every 1 min or so. So I decided to take off the start relay attached to it and what do you know, the relay was burnt to a crisp.

So I went out and bought a new relay for $50 and now everything is in working order again. Thanks everyone for the help.

The freezer and refrigerator were cold on the bottom and warm on the top. I just came back from there and it needs an evaporator fan motor.
